Director + Quantity Surveyor

Eric established Swart & Associates in 2013, continuing his career of more than 30 years in the profession (18 years in Brisbane and 20 years internationally in South Africa and Namibia). Eric is an all-around highly skilled certified quantity surveyor with a wealth of project experience which includes new buildings, refurbishments, and fit-outs across various sectors such as commercial, correctional, defense, education, health, heritage, industrial, leisure, residential, sport/recreation, and transport.
Professional affiliations include membership of:
- Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
- Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MAIQS, CQS)
Prior to establishing Swart & Associates, Eric occupied the position of associate with two of the large quantity surveying practices in Brisbane. Eric was involved as a senior quantity surveyor on several large-scale projects across various sectors in Queensland. Examples of these projects are:

Prior to immigrating to Australia at the end of 2004, Eric was the owner and founder of Eric Swart & Partners Quantity Surveyors in Windhoek, Namibia which he established in 1995. This practice successfully delivered full quantity services on a wide range of building projects in Namibia. Noteworthy projects included:
